NewResilience, Continuity, the Pro levels and Agentic Verification: from safekeeping to proof you can recover. The new line-up is here.See what's new
Why this page changed. It replaces production's /continuity-escrow and /pricing/continuity-escrow. Continuity is its own top protection (6 Oct decision), and since 11 Oct it has two levels, like every protection. Continuity: everything in Resilience, plus the live environment mapped at setup and, if the vendor stops, kept paid and switched on for an agreed period while we recover. Continuity Pro: everything in Resilience Pro (so Agentic Verification), plus the same.
  • Production's promises are gone: "Ensure 100% software uptime… all the time", "Guarantee uninterrupted software availability", "keeps your services running so they never feel the impact", "Live in 24 hours", "24/7/365 event processing", "up to 12 months" and "$199 per hour". None of them is confirmed for the new product, and several are absolutes.
  • The headline pairs the tagline "Full continuity." with the job, in the same words as the navigation: stays online while we recover. It fits both levels, so it stays.
  • 16 Oct: Continuity Pro added; base Continuity no longer includes Agentic Verification. The pill, the sub, the prices and the third trust point now name both levels. Continuity Pro's level line, "Full continuity, proven in advance." (confirmed by Danny on 16 Oct), is used further down only.
  • The Continuity film (18 Oct, 1 min 2 s, one of four solution films in the launch film's style) sits in the hero, as the product films do on the Escrow and Resilience pages. It replaces the 6 Oct cut. Its on-screen text matches this page: "Mapped during setup. Kept current." and "Kept paid and switched on" for an agreed period. Rebuilds are shown for Continuity Pro only, so the earlier check is closed. It ends: "We keep it switched on, while we put you back in control of the application." English subtitles are in the film kit.
Continuity · Continuity Pro

Full continuity. Stays online while we recover.

For the applications you can't be without, even for a day. We map the live environment in advance. If the vendor stops, we keep it paid and switched on for an agreed period while we bring the application back. Continuity Pro also proves the deposit builds before we need it.

Continuity from $1,449. Continuity Pro from $1,699. Per application per month. Setup $999 per arrangement.

Steps 1 and 2: the exposure and the shift, specific to Continuity. Production's three risks (service lapses, cascading outages, lost revenue) are kept in substance and rewritten without fear lines ("When you fail your clients, your business stops" is gone). The shift is the launch line: keeping a service switched on and recovering an application are two different jobs, and Continuity does both. That's also why it costs more than Resilience. 16 Oct: Continuity Pro added; this note now compares Continuity with Resilience (Continuity Pro with Resilience Pro). The visible copy didn't need to change.

Why Continuity

Some applications can't wait for a recovery.

When a vendor stops, the live service can stop with it. Keeping the service switched on and recovering the application are two different jobs. Continuity does both.

A bill goes unpaid

The vendor pays for the hosting, cloud accounts and domains your application runs on. When the vendor stops, so do the payments.

One lapse switches off the rest

A suspended account or an expired domain can take the application offline, along with the services that depend on it.

Recovery takes time

Bringing an application back from its deposit is real work. Your users still need the live service while it happens.

Step 3, the model: the three jobs Continuity does, in order. The map shows what "mapped at setup" means, using the same six items as the film (hosting, cloud account, domain, database, payments API, email service) so page and film tell one story. Every label is from the 6 Oct decision: mapped at setup and kept current, kept paid and switched on for an agreed period, bills recharged at cost. No duration is published; production's "base coverage three months, up to 12 months" is withdrawn until the team sets a policy. Whether customers can see the map in the app isn't confirmed, so the page doesn't say so. 16 Oct: Continuity Pro added. Reviewing the map with each rebuild, and recovering from a deposit already rebuilt with Agentic Verification, are Continuity Pro only, so steps 1 and 3 now say so; base Continuity reviews the map when the deposit changes.

How it works

Mapped in advance. Kept on. Brought back.

1

We map the live environment

During setup, we map where the application runs, the accounts it depends on and the services it needs. We review the map when the deposit changes, so it stays current. With Continuity Pro, we also review it with each rebuild.

2

We keep it paid and switched on

If the vendor stops, we keep that environment paid and switched on for an agreed period, set per arrangement. We recharge the bills at cost.

3

We bring the application back

Meanwhile, the deposit comes to Codekeeper and we run the recovery. With Continuity Pro, we recover from a deposit already rebuilt with Agentic Verification on supported technology stacks.

Steps 3 and 4: every layer underneath is included, and Pro adds the proof. The four cards are the four layers: custody, the Resilience recovery job, the live environment and Agentic Verification (which brings the Recoverability Certificate, the proof step). 16 Oct: Continuity Pro added; base Continuity no longer includes Agentic Verification. The headline now says "Everything in Resilience", and the Agentic Verification card moved last and is labelled Continuity Pro. Hands-on operation is shown as an option, worded exactly as decided: best effort, billed by the hour, no guarantee or service level. It appears on this page and the pricing page only. No hourly rate is published; production's "$199 per hour" is not confirmed for the new product.

What's included

Everything in Resilience. Plus the live environment.

Continuity sits above Resilience, and everything underneath is included. That's what makes it full continuity. Continuity Pro sits above Resilience Pro, so it adds Agentic Verification.

Custody

The deposit, held under a Continuity arrangement, with an automated check, a vault report and a Software Resilience Certificate.

Recovery by us

The deposit comes to Codekeeper. If the application fails, we run the recovery for you.

The live environment

Mapped at setup and kept current. If the vendor stops, kept paid and switched on for an agreed period, with the bills recharged at cost.

Agentic Verification, with Pro

With Continuity Pro: up to four rebuilds a year on supported technology stacks, with build steps, an SBOM, an Exit workbook, a deployable copy and a Recoverability Certificate.

Hands-on operations

Billed by the hour

Need hands on the live service? Our engineers can operate it for you: monitoring, incidents and fixes. Best effort, billed by the hour, with no service level.

Cost coverage

Quoted

The cost of a recovery, under an agreed service level. Quoted per arrangement.

The question every Continuity buyer now asks: Continuity or Continuity Pro? 16 Oct: Continuity Pro added (Danny, 11 Oct). Until now this table compared Resilience Pro with Continuity; it now compares the two Continuity levels, as the Escrow and Resilience pages compare theirs, and carries the same "levels" anchor those pages use, so line-up links can point to continuity.html#levels. Side by side, the live environment is the same at both levels; the differences are Agentic Verification, what comes with it (the Recoverability Certificate, the map review with each rebuild, recovery from a tested deposit) and the price. The step up from Resilience is the live environment, covered above and in the FAQ. Both levels use confirmed inclusions only; the recovery is best effort at both, because Continuity includes the Resilience recovery job as it is. Prices and setup are the list (Software row). "Full continuity, proven in advance." is the Continuity Pro level line (MESSAGING §3, confirmed by Danny on 16 Oct).

Continuity and Continuity Pro.

Continuity: full continuity. Continuity Pro: full continuity, proven in advance. Both keep the live environment switched on while we recover. The difference is Agentic Verification.

Show the whole line-up, with Continuity at the top. The same three-job comparison as on the Escrow and Resilience pages, with Continuity outlined. The lead is the agreed price logic, word for word, now with its last sentence (Pro adds Agentic Verification at every protection). 16 Oct: Continuity Pro added; the Continuity card now says "Everything in Resilience" and names Continuity Pro. 17 Oct: the recovery models are named, as in the launch film (Danny): Self-Run Recovery for Escrow, Managed Recovery for Resilience and Continuity.

The line-up

Escrow, Resilience or Continuity.

Escrow means the deposit is released to you and you run the recovery. Resilience costs more because we do the recovery. Continuity costs more again because we also keep the live environment switched on. At every protection, Pro adds Agentic Verification.

From $1,449

Name the applications, not the buyer. Continuity is bought for a kind of system, so the cards describe systems that can't stop. The examples (flights, payments, care, ports) match the scenes in the Continuity and Resilience films. They're illustrations, not customer claims.

Who it's for

The applications you can't be without, even for a day.

SaaS your operations run on

The platforms that schedule flights, move payments or keep a hospital ward running.

Systems where a stop shows at once

Payment, logistics and care systems: queues at the gate, cards that don't clear, a port that can't load.

What your board asks about first

If the first question is "what keeps it switched on?", Continuity is the answer, with a recovery behind it.

One protection, two levels, three prices each. These are the Danny-approved list prices (new customers): Continuity from the 6 Oct list, Continuity Pro from 11 Oct ($1,699 / $1,949 / $2,149, the same Pro uplift as the other protections). 16 Oct: Continuity Pro added; the table used to show Resilience Pro next to Continuity and now shows the two Continuity levels. Continuity Pro's header line is the proposed level line: confirm it. Production's Single / Multi / All plans, the $459 and $519 prices, the "Save up to 12%" toggle and the FAQ claim that continuity escrow "costs between $20,000 to $50,000 or more per year" are all withdrawn. For customer success to confirm: the note for existing Continuity Escrow customers. The 6 Oct decision is to keep them on their plan until renewal and not to move them to the new list price without a conversation; the wording below says that. It's the only place the old product name appears, on purpose, so those customers recognise their plan.

Answer the hard questions plainly. Production's FAQ said Continuity Escrow "prevents those operational failures from occurring" and compared it with cyber insurance. Both are gone: we don't promise prevention, and we don't use the word insurance. The uptime answer is deliberately direct, because production promised "100% software uptime" and buyers will ask. Legal should review that answer and the access answer before launch. 16 Oct: Continuity Pro added. The first answer compared Continuity with Resilience Pro ("both bring it back from a deposit that's been rebuilt"), which is now true of Continuity Pro only, so it now compares each level with its Resilience level; a new answer says what Continuity Pro adds.

Questions

Before you choose Continuity.

How is Continuity different from Resilience?

Continuity includes everything in Resilience, and Continuity Pro everything in Resilience Pro. On top, both map the live environment at setup and, if the vendor stops, keep it paid and switched on for an agreed period while we recover.

What does Continuity Pro add?

Agentic Verification. AI agents rebuild the deposit in the Codekeeper AI Verification Lab up to four times a year, on supported technology stacks, and a successful run issues a Recoverability Certificate. We review the live-environment map with each rebuild, and if the vendor stops, we recover from a deposit we already know builds.

What exactly do you keep switched on?

The parts of the live environment the application needs, as mapped at setup: typically hosting, cloud accounts, domains and critical third-party services.

For how long?

For an agreed period, set per arrangement. We agree it with you when we set up Continuity.

Who pays the bills during that period?

We keep them paid and recharge them to you at cost.

Will your engineers run the service for us?

They can. Hands-on operation of the live service, such as monitoring, incidents and fixes, is available on a best-effort basis, billed by the hour, with no guarantee or service level.

Does Continuity come with an uptime service level?

No. Continuity keeps the live environment paid and switched on for an agreed period while we recover. If you need the cost of a recovery under an agreed service level, add Cost coverage, quoted per arrangement.

What do you need from us at setup?

The details of the live environment: where the application runs, the accounts it depends on and the services it needs. We map it with you and agree the access we hold. Everything you deposit is encrypted at rest, and Codekeeper is ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified.

We're on the previous continuity plan. What changes?

Nothing until renewal: your current plan stays as it is. Your account manager will talk you through Continuity and Continuity Pro before then.

The same close on every page. The close repeats the tagline and offers the first step of the product itself: mapping what Continuity would cover. Every page ends on the same two actions in the same order: Book a demo, then the sample evidence pack.

Full continuity for the applications you can't lose.

We'll map what Continuity would cover for the systems that can't stop.
