NewResilience, Continuity, the Pro levels and Agentic Verification: from safekeeping to proof you can recover. The new line-up is here.See what's new
Proof from customers, in their own words. Production's /reviews says "These are real reviews from G2 and Google, the words are theirs". That's the right promise, so the page keeps it: every quote is exactly as production shows it, with the reviewer's name only. The scores sit in the hero, where a visitor checks them first.
  • The scores are flagged until marketing confirms them. G2: I checked g2.com/products/codekeeper on 7 Oct 2026, and it shows 5.0 out of 5 from 3 reviews, which matches production. Google: production shows five stars on each of its 13 quotes, but the Google Business Profile they came from is no longer on Maps, so there's no live average to link to. The chip says "13 reviews, all five stars" rather than claiming a profile average. If the 4.7/5 used elsewhere on production was that profile's average, use it here instead, or drop the Google chip.
  • The attribution inconsistency in to-confirm.md applies here. Production shows Jordan Adler's review as "Jordan Adler" on this page and as "Jordan A, Chief Operating Officer" elsewhere. Production's Vendor Risk & Compliance mock also uses "Jordan Adler, Lead analyst" as a fictional analyst name. Fix both before launch.
  • Production's hero buttons were "Book a demo" and "Read reviews on G2". The G2 link moves to the G2 section; the hero uses the two standard CTAs.

G2 first: it's the live, independent source. Production shows the three G2 review headlines with the reviewer's name and job title. The brief says names only, so the titles (Co-founder & CEO, Marketing manager) are left out; add them back if marketing prefers, since G2 shows them publicly.
  • Two of the three headlines are shown. Lara H.'s headline, "Easy-to-Use Platform with Always-Available Sales & Customer Support", is left out: a quote on our own page counts as our claim, and we don't promise always-available support (production's "24/7" was dropped for the same reason). Marketing and legal can restore it if support hours back it up. The G2 link still leads to all three.
  • Nikki P.'s full review (quoted on production's /book-a-demo) mentions a REST API and a Salesforce integration, neither confirmed for the new line-up. Only the headline is used here.

Grouped by what customers talk about, so each group answers a buying question. Production lists 13 Google quotes in one column. Here they're grouped: is it easy to set up and keep current, does it work for enterprise deals, and what are the people like. Each quote is exactly as production shows it, with the name only.
  • Left out: Fred Cox's review, because it calls the service "compliant". A testimonial on our own page counts as our claim, and "compliant" is on the brief's cut list. Its story is strong (escrow was a hard requirement for their largest prospective client), so ask Fred for permission to use a version without that word.
  • Two production inconsistencies: Terence's review appears as Terence "Ned" with "for some tine" on /reviews, and as Terence Hall with "for some time" on /book-a-demo. This page uses the /book-a-demo version. Jordan Adler's attribution issue is noted in the hero.
  • Two quotes use "straightforward", a word our own copy avoids. It's the customer's word, so it stays.
  • The note under the quotes is production's own disclosure that the Google profile is gone. Keep it: it's honest, and a reader who looks for the profile won't find it. Marketing should decide whether to keep quotes from a delisted profile at all.

Where these come from. These reviews were left on Codekeeper's former Google Business Profile. That listing is no longer on Google Maps.
From short reviews to the longer story. Reviews say customers are happy; case studies show what changed for them. The case studies stay on production for now, so the link goes to the resources hub (keep review, 7 Oct). The suggested film is the "Customer story (regulated buyer)" from the video plan: one named customer on what the certificate did in an audit, which is the story the new line-up sells and something no review here covers yet. It needs a regulated customer who agrees to be named.

The longer story

See what changed for them.

Case studies and guides go further than a review: the situation, the protection and the outcome.

Suggested film A customer story, in their words About 90 seconds. A named customer in a regulated business: the application they couldn't lose, why they chose the protection they did, and what the certificate did for them in an audit.
