NewResilience, Continuity, the Pro levels and Agentic Verification: from safekeeping to proof you can recover. The new line-up is here.See what's new
The procurement briefing, in the shared briefing structure. Same hero, six-phase tracker (phase 3 marked "Your part") and section order as the other five. Production's procurement briefing is only about supplier registration and has no prices at all. A procurement or finance team says yes when it knows what it's buying and what it will cost, so the three topics are the price list, what's included and the add-ons, then supplier onboarding.
  • All prices are the 6 Oct list (Danny-approved, new customers), per application per month.
  • No billing terms beyond MESSAGING §6. Annual or monthly billing for the new list, discounts, the "Save 20%" offer, payment methods, renewal and notice periods are all left out until sales and legal confirm them. Production's FAQ text on those stays on the FAQ page, flagged.
Briefing · Procurement and finance

Clear prices, per application. Onboarding without surprises.

This briefing covers what procurement and finance need to approve Codekeeper: the price list and the logic behind it, what each level includes, the add-ons, and how to register us as a supplier.

Escrow from $199. Resilience from $399. Continuity from $1,449. Per application per month.

  • Trusted by 3,500+ teams
  • ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified
  • One claimant included
Topic 1: the price list and the price logic (arc step 3). The full grid, identical to the Pricing page, because a procurement team needs every row. The lead is the agreed price logic sentence, so the step from Escrow to Resilience to Continuity reads as a difference in work, not a mark-up. The notes repeat only §6: setup per arrangement, one claimant included, extra claimants as an add-on with no published rate, Enterprise on quote. The Pricing page's existing-customer note ("your plan stays as it is until renewal") is left out here: it touches renewal terms, which this briefing doesn't state. 16 Oct: Continuity Pro added as a sixth column ($1,699 / $1,949 / $2,149, setup $999; Danny, 11 Oct). Its header uses the level line "Full continuity, proven in advance" (confirmed by Danny on 16 Oct). The lead gains the agreed closing sentence of the price logic.

One price per application, per month.

Escrow means the deposit is released to you and you run the recovery. Resilience costs more because we do the recovery. Continuity costs more again because we also keep the live environment switched on. At every protection, Pro adds Agentic Verification.

An application is any system your business can't lose: vendor software, a SaaS platform, an AI system or something you built yourself. Each one is priced on its own row.
Claimants. One is included in every arrangement. Additional claimants are available as an add-on; ask us for the rate.
Enterprise. Many applications, several claimants or a custom arrangement? Talk to us for a quote.
By application. What we deposit for each type: Software, SaaS, AI.
Topic 2: what's included and the add-ons. The inclusions table is the Pricing page's, row for row, from MESSAGING §6 ("synced daily" in the first row is the production integration claim, still open in to-confirm.md): Agentic Verification is "on supported technology stacks", and Continuity uses the agreed live-environment wording. The add-ons are §6 only. Hands-on operations are left out on purpose: the brief keeps them to the Continuity and Pricing pages. Confirm before launch: whether "12 rebuilds a year" is per application, the Exit Exercise unit (per exercise or per application), and Software Backup's price (the plan card says $99 and $129; production's Backup FAQ says $89 and $119). The Backup billing line is production's own economics, as listed in §6. 16 Oct: Continuity Pro added as a sixth column; base Continuity no longer includes Agentic Verification, so its rebuild rows are now "–", and the 12 rebuilds add-on names Continuity Pro. 17 Oct: the recovery models are named, as in the launch film (Danny): Self-Run Recovery for Escrow, Managed Recovery for Resilience and Continuity.

Topic 3: registering Codekeeper as a supplier. The list is production's "Our key responsibilities" for procurement, reworded. The two procurement platforms are named on production ("Ariba, Coupa"); keep them only if sales confirms we've onboarded through both. The vendor onboarding request form is production's (/purchasing-form), linked by absolute URL because the kit doesn't rebuild it. The mock is an example with fictional names; production's form screenshot (purchasing_form.webp) isn't used because it shows a form, not the process.

3 · Supplier onboarding

Send us your forms. We'll do the rest.

Tell us what your procurement process needs, all at once if you can. We move fastest when we have everything in one go.

  • Full company details and legal entity documentation
  • Your vendor forms completed, and uploaded to your procurement platform if required, such as SAP Ariba or Coupa
  • Tax, VAT and bank verification documents
  • Named billing contacts on our side
  • Our information kept current for your future audits and reviews
Production's three steps and checklists, in the shared table. Rows 1 to 3 are production's ("Submit vendor onboarding requirements", "Finalize billing details", "Approve Codekeeper for invoicing and account setup"); row 4 is production's last checklist item ("Inform us when onboarding is complete so we can start configuring your escrow"), reworded for any protection. The PO line keeps production's "if required". Nothing here states a payment method or a billing term.

Your steps, and ours

The page-specific offer on educational pages. Agreed 7 Oct: on explainers, video guides, magazine articles and role briefings, the mid-page offer is the matching guide instead of the sample evidence pack. Visitors who are still learning convert better on a guide about their question. The hero and closing section still carry Book a demo and Get the sample evidence pack. Guide source on production: the "resources-product-overview-guide" item on /resources. Before launch: update the guide itself to the October line-up (it still uses the old product names and verification tiers) and connect this form to the HubSpot form that sends it. On the procurement briefing the product overview is the document a buyer forwards internally: the line-up and the prices on a few pages. Check its prices match the 6 Oct list before it's sent.

The questions procurement and finance ask. Every answer stays inside MESSAGING §6. Billing frequency, discounts and volume pricing get "talk to us for a quote", as on the Pricing page. The setup-fee answer leaves the multi-protection case open (open decision, 27 Sep). The platform answer is production's (FAQ and this briefing).

Questions

Before you raise the PO.

What counts as one application?

One system you want to protect, such as a vendor's software, a SaaS platform, an AI system or an in-house application. Each is priced on its own row: software, SaaS or AI.

Why does Resilience cost more than Escrow?

Because we do the recovery. With Escrow, the deposit is released to you and your team runs the recovery. With Resilience, the deposit comes to Codekeeper and we bring the application back. Continuity costs more again because we also keep the live environment switched on.

Is the setup fee per application?

It's per arrangement: $499 for Escrow and Resilience, $999 for Continuity. Ask us how it applies when one application has more than one protection.

Do you offer annual billing or volume pricing?

For several applications, several claimants or a custom arrangement, talk to us for a quote.

Can you register through our procurement platform?

Yes. Send us your supplier link or vendor request form, and we'll complete the registration and upload the documents your platform asks for.

What does an extra claimant cost?

One claimant is included in every arrangement. Additional claimants are an add-on with no published rate, so ask us for a quote.

The people, the rest of the set, and the booking route for this role. Production's procurement briefing shows Eric (Account Manager, Sales) and Robyn (Account Support, Customer Success), with photos by absolute URL. Before launch, confirm with each person that they agree to appear, that the role is current and that the photo is recent. Names are flagged until then. The procurement route is the support briefing call: production's support call covers "vendor onboarding or billing requirements".
