NewResilience, Continuity, the Pro levels and Agentic Verification: from safekeeping to proof you can recover. The new line-up is here.See what's new
Enterprise: talk to us, with the form above the fold. Production's /request-enterprise-escrow-solution is a heading, one sentence and a multi-step HubSpot form. Its promise is kept: "a proposal recommending a level of protection matched to how your system is deployed and scoped to its criticality". The brief says "Enterprise: talk to us" instead of "Custom Escrow", so the page is named Enterprise and never shows a price for the arrangement itself.
  • "Trusted by 3,500+ teams" is production's figure (MESSAGING §6), used unflagged as on the home page. Confirm it with the other production claims in to-confirm.md.
  • The fields are designed for this kit, because production's HubSpot form fields weren't captured. They ask what sales needs to scope a proposal: how many applications, what kind, the framework you report against and your side of the agreements. Match the HubSpot form (production's is multi-step).
  • The ticks rest on confirmed facts and the FAQ: one protection and level per application, all three application types, and guided onboarding with dedicated contacts (production FAQ Q34).
  • No offer band on this form page; the final CTA carries both buttons.
Enterprise

Every critical application, in one proposal.

Tell us about your applications, your agreements and the frameworks you report against. We'll send a proposal that matches a protection and level to each application, scoped to how it's deployed and how critical it is.

  • A protection and level for each application, not one plan for all
  • Software, SaaS and AI applications on one account
  • Guided onboarding, with dedicated contacts for legal, technical, compliance and billing
  • Evidence for your DORA, PRA SS2/21 or NIS2 file

What happens after you submit. Production promises "a custom proposal based on your software dependencies and escrow needs". These four steps make that concrete without new promises: a review, a scoping call, the proposal, and guided setup. The factors in step 2 are the FAQ's enterprise answer ("the number of applications, the integrations, the legal complexity and the compliance scope"). The dedicated contacts in step 4 are production FAQ Q34. No turnaround time is stated; add one if sales agrees a standard.

What an enterprise arrangement can include, with only confirmed prices. The key facts come from MESSAGING §6 and the production FAQ. The add-on prices are the 6 Oct list. To confirm: whether the 12 rebuilds add-on is per application, the unit of the Exit Exercise price, the extra-claimant rate (not published), "50+ integrations", "deposits sync daily" and "no per-deposit fees" (production claims), and procurement support through platforms such as SAP Ariba (production FAQ Q31). 16 Oct: Continuity Pro added; base Continuity no longer includes Agentic Verification, so the 12 rebuilds add-on says "the Pro levels".

Cost coverage

Quoted

The cost of a recovery, under an agreed service level. Available for Resilience and Continuity, quoted per arrangement.

Extra claimants

Add-on

One claimant is included with each arrangement. Add more where several parties rely on the same application.

Start from the published list. Enterprise buyers still want to know where the numbers start. The line-up (three protections, with their levels) and the 6 Oct "from" prices and the agreed price logic sentence, word for word, make the proposal predictable. The line under it says enterprise arrangements are quoted, as the brief requires; no discount is stated. 16 Oct: Continuity Pro added (from $1,699, 11 Oct list). It gets a card of its own, so the line-up shows six cards: the three protections across, base and Pro levels down. The note gains the agreed closing sentence of the price logic. 17 Oct: the recovery models are named, as in the launch film (Danny): Self-Run Recovery for Escrow, Managed Recovery for Resilience and Continuity.

Continuity costs more again because we also keep the live environment switched on. At every protection, Pro adds Agentic Verification. Enterprise arrangements are quoted. See all prices

The questions an enterprise buying group asks. Price, procurement, agreements, due diligence, scope and regulation, answered from the FAQ and confirmed facts. The scope answer follows the agreed split: Escrow for supplier applications, Resilience for supplier or in-house applications, Backup for systems you run yourself. The regulation answer carries the agreed disclaimer.

Questions

Before you request a proposal.

How is an enterprise arrangement priced?

Enterprise: talk to us for a quote. We tailor each arrangement to the number of applications, the integrations, the legal complexity and the compliance scope. The published list prices per application are the starting point.

Can you work with our procurement process?

Yes. We provide the business, tax and banking details for vendor registration, and the business and security documentation your team needs. We also support onboarding through procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba: send us your supplier link or vendor request form to start.

Can we use our own agreement?

Yes. You can use Codekeeper's templates or your own, and our legal team reviews the changes your lawyers propose. For a draft built around your situation, request a custom agreement.

What can you provide for our security review?

Security policies, audit summaries, business continuity procedures and more, through the Trust Center. For confidential documents, we ask for an NDA first. Codekeeper is ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified, audited by BSI.

Can we cover in-house systems as well as vendor software?

Yes. Escrow is for applications a supplier provides. Resilience can protect supplier or in-house applications, and Software Backup keeps restorable copies of systems you run yourself.

Will this make us compliant with DORA?

Codekeeper gives you evidence for your file, such as certificates, run reports, SBOMs and Tested Exit Reports. It supports your assessment. Whether it meets a specific requirement is for you and your assessor to decide. See DORA.
